The life and works of Jane Austen serve as the inspiration for the style and symbolism of this fully-illustrated 78-card deck. The aces of the minor arcana suits are each represented by a different one of Austen's novels: Candlesticks (Wands) = Pride and Predjudice, Teacups (Cups) = Emma, Quills (Swords) = Persuasion, and Coins (Pentacles) = Sense and Sensibility.

Therefore the deck is suited more for private use.
