A highly unusual and beautifully surreal erotic deck produced in the 1970s by Angel Playing Cards Co., Japan. Known among collectors as “Shapely”, this set features a series of wonderfully strange, dreamlike illustrations: nude Kings, Queens, and Jokers whose bodies intertwine with flowers, butterflies, fruits, vines, horses, and fantastical hybrid forms.

The artwork is uncredited, but unmistakably bold — a fusion of sensuality, fantasy, and delicate pointillism. Each court card is a miniature artwork, blending eroticism with mythic symbolism. The four aces also feature unique illustrations, making the deck stand out from all standard productions of the era.
