Tarot of Ambre is a French Tarot deck illustrated by Florence Magnin. This game is actually an extension of a role-playing game of the same name, based on a series of novels "The Cycle of the Princes of Amber" written by Roger Zelazny.

The major mysteries respect the traditional tarot of Marseilles while representing the characters of the game. The colors are vibrant, and the cards seem alive with the detailed illustrations. We clearly feel the evolution of the cards in a fantasy world by observing the scenery in the background.

This is a beautiful set of The Amber Tarot/Ambre Le Tarot by Florence Magnin. The set consists of deck and book in French in a plastic case. This set is based on a book by Roger Zelaszny: The Great Book of Amber, The Complete Amber Chronicles, 1-10, a sci-fi fantasy series.

The fantasy artwork on the deck is beautifully done for tarot decks. The Minor Arcana has lovely aces, and the pips are also much nicer than the usual. The court cards feature all of the characters from the series of books. This set is now out of print and very hard to find.
