In the 2007 edition the cards have a much better quality than the first print of 1998. Unlike the first edition, they are covered with a protective gloss coating, the colors come out much better.
In addition, the protective cover is much more elaborate than with the first edition.

Carl W. Röhrig is a genius with an almost incredible theme that extends to all areas of life. Tarot cards are only a small part of Röhrig's extensive work. Unlike traditional tarot decks, each card is numbered from 1 to 78 and features its divinatory meanings printed directly on the card, transforming the deck into a symbolic book to be deciphered.

Highly sought after by enthusiasts of historical cartomancy, this deck represents one of the earliest modern forms of tarot divination.

This historically themed Tarot de la Révolution, published in 1989 by Héron, is a unique artistic interpretation of the French Revolution. Each Major Arcana is paired with a key figure, event, or revolutionary symbol: the Arrest of Lavoisier (10), the Guillotine (13), the Death of Marat (18), and Bonaparte (21), among many others.
