About the Tarocchi di Vetro
Inspired by the beauty of stained glass, medieval craftsmanship, and Art Nouveau aesthetics, the Tarocchi di Vetro is widely regarded as one of the most elegant tarot decks produced during Lo Scarabeo's formative years.
Artist Elisabetta Trevisan created richly detailed compositions filled with luminous colors, flowing lines, and symbolic imagery reminiscent of cathedral windows and the decorative arts of the late nineteenth century. Her interpretation preserves the traditional symbolism of the Major Arcana while transforming each card into a miniature work of art.
🪶 Collector's Note
The Tarocchi di Vetro occupies a special place in tarot history as one of the earliest artistic masterpieces published by Lo Scarabeo. Trevisan's artwork combines the timeless symbolism of the tarot with the refined elegance of stained-glass design, creating a deck that remains beloved by collectors more than three decades after its release.
Uncut printing sheets are significantly rarer than the decks themselves, as very few survived the production process intact. This example preserves the complete manufacturing layout of the Major Arcana, offering a fascinating glimpse into the creation of one of Lo Scarabeo's most beautiful early tarot decks.
Part printing artifact, part decorative poster, and part tarot history, it is an exceptional piece for collectors of tarot, fantasy illustration, Art Nouveau-inspired art, and rare Lo Scarabeo productions.

About the Tarocchi dell’Incubo
Created during the golden age of Lo Scarabeo's experimental tarot productions, the Tarocchi dell’Incubo reinterprets the Major Arcana through the dark and surreal universe of Dylan Dog, Italy's famous "Investigator of Nightmares."
Artist Angelo Stano transforms traditional tarot archetypes into scenes inspired by horror, dreams, mystery, and psychological symbolism. While preserving the structure of the Tarot de Marseille, the deck infuses each card with the gothic atmosphere and existential themes that made Dylan Dog an international cult phenomenon.
🪶 Collector's Note
Few tarot-related collectibles unite the worlds of comics, horror illustration, and tarot as successfully as the Tarocchi dell’Incubo. Produced at a time when Lo Scarabeo was pioneering innovative tarot concepts, this deck quickly became one of the publisher's most memorable creations.
Uncut printing sheets are considerably rarer than the decks themselves, as almost all were destroyed during the manufacturing process. This surviving example preserves the complete production layout exactly as it appeared on the printing press, offering a fascinating glimpse into the creation of one of Lo Scarabeo's most iconic early tarot projects.
For collectors of Dylan Dog, Angelo Stano, Italian comics, horror art, or rare tarot memorabilia, this is both a historical printing artifact and an impressive display piece.

About the GRAPHIK TAROCCHI by Zoltan Tamassi
Created during the innovative tarot renaissance of the early 1990s, the Graphik Tarocchi is one of the most visually distinctive reinterpretations of the Tarot de Marseille ever published. Rather than adopting a traditional esoteric style, Zoltan Tamassi reimagined the Major Arcana through the language of modern graphic design, combining bold geometric forms, theatrical compositions, and striking color contrasts.
The result is a deck that feels simultaneously timeless and contemporary. Each card distills its archetype into a powerful visual symbol, reflecting the influence of Italian graphic design and poster art. Produced under the artistic direction of Armando Testa—one of Italy's most influential advertising and design studios—the deck remains a cult favorite among tarot collectors and design enthusiasts alike.
🪶 Collector's Note
Uncut tarot printing sheets are far rarer than the decks themselves, as almost all were destroyed during production. This example is especially desirable because it showcases the complete 22-card Major Arcana sequence in its original factory layout, accompanied by the explanatory texts intended for publication.
Part tarot artifact, part graphic design poster, and part printing-history document, this sheet offers a unique perspective on one of Lo Scarabeo's most unusual early creations. For collectors of tarot, Italian design, or uncut printing material, it represents a remarkable and increasingly difficult-to-find display piece.

Giorgio Trevisan's dramatic interpretation of Renaissance Europe gives this sheet exceptional visual appeal, making it desirable both as a tarot collectible and as a work of fantasy illustration.

Paolo Piffarerio's detailed black-and-white illustrations evoke the splendor of seventeenth-century France, giving the deck a distinctive historical character unlike traditional Marseille or occult tarot designs.
Complete uncut sheets from this period are seldom encountered on the market and are increasingly sought after by both tarot historians and Lo Scarabeo collectors.
