The deck consists of 22 gigantic Major Arcana cards (27 × 16 cm), inspired by the Tarot of Charles VI (circa 1392), traditionally attributed to Jacquemin Gringonneur. The artwork, scale, and context place this piece halfway between tarot history, advertising art, and medical ephemera.

The cards are near mint / like new, exceptionally well preserved for their age, and the original French booklet remains in very good condition. Such sets are almost never offered for sale, making this a true cornerstone piece for advanced collectors, institutions, or serious tarot historians.

This exceptionally rare Atorel Tarot, produced around 1960, was created as a promotional object for Atorel, an effervescent digestive remedy by Eutherapie, with the involvement of Paul Marteau, one of the most influential figures in modern Tarot de Marseille history.
