One of the most charming and historically rooted French oracle decks, La Sibylle des Salons is a re-edition of a 19th-century parlour fortune-telling deck, beautifully reproduced by Grimaud in 1987.

This 52-card oracle blends traditional playing-card inserts with richly detailed Victorian-style illustrations, each accompanied by keywords in French and English. Every card depicts a scene from daily life — love, work, travel, secrets, quarrels — creating a divination system that is intuitive, expressive, and deeply atmospheric.

The deck includes its 32-page trilingual booklet (French, English, German), making it accessible for readers of all levels. Cards are printed on large-format stock with elegant gold backs reminiscent of antique European fortune decks.

This edition, published nearly four decades ago, has become increasingly hard to find complete and in such pristine condition.
