Paul Marteau, director of the Maison Grimaud, revived the historic Nicolas Conver deck (1761) and reinterpreted each card through its colors, gestures, numbers, and symbols. His analysis remains the cornerstone of 20th-century tarot interpretation.
This 1981 edition retains the original 1949 layout and beautifully laminated card reproductions. A precious and historical volume of esoteric knowledge, printed in Switzerland and dedicated to Eugène Caslant.
