The Tarot del Zar (Tarot of the Tsar), designed by Atanassov and published by Lo Scarabeo / Orbis-Fabbri (2004), is a stunning tarot deck that merges traditional tarot archetypes with the mystical and historical imagery of Christian saints and Russian Orthodox iconography.

Inspired by the art of Russian miniaturists, the deck invites a spiritual reading experience, emphasizing divine guidance and inner transformation. The artwork evokes sacred stories, miracles, and holy figures, aligning them beautifully with the major and minor arcana of tarot.

The deck contains 78 bilingual cards, presented in a red-bordered format with sacred icon-style illustrations. The original PDF guidebook (available in English, French, or Spanish) provides card meanings and reading methods and is included as a digital download upon purchase.
