This is an extremely rare vintage educational card game published by Ducale / France Cartes in 1987.
"Tac O Tac – Capitales" is a fun and educational game inspired by domino rules: each card shows a world capital with a humorous cartoon illustration and a geography question. Cards include Brussels, London, Moscow, Washington, Tokyo… and many more, in a charming 1980s French comic style.
