From Shakespeare to Leonardo da Vinci, from Louis the Sun King to Queen Elizabeth, the Renaissance was a colorful time of artistic genius and absolute monarchs.
This period Tarot deck captures the artistry and diversity of an age when velvet-draped courtiers walked the marble halls of palaces while peasant farmers toiled in the fields. The spirit, the civilization, and the culture of an epoch of great artistic and cultural energy call forth from these suggestive cards.

The land of Egypt, its secrets, exotic and mysterious, wrapped in time, are hidden in the sands, guarded and symbolized by the enigmatic Sphinx.
Egyptian art is instantly recognizable and has inspired many occultists who in turn shaped the future of Tarot.
In fact, the modern Tarot owes much to Egyptian iconography. These cards will inspire and help any fortune teller interested in exploring the past and predicting the future.
The Tarot of the Sphinx captures the timeless allure and mystery of ancient Egypt, with its art deeply rooted in original archaeological sources. Created by Italian artist Silvana Alasia in 1998, this striking deck reflects the flat, elegant style of tomb paintings, portraying gods, pharaohs, and scenes of daily life. Egyptian symbolism—rich with sphinxes, ankh crosses, and sacred animals—infuses each card, connecting the reader to the mysticism that shaped much of modern Tarot.

Ramses Tarot - Berti & Baraldi
This game fits into the trend of Egyptian-style tarot cards and approaches this theme in a spirit of tradition (Etteilla, Papus, Thoth) while offering realistic graphics.
Characteristics: Multilingual booklet - Format 7 x 12 cm
Author: Berti and Baraldi (2003)
Condition:
Cards are in good condition.
Box is damaged as pictured.
This original version is not easy to find anymore.
In the notes for this deck, Giordano Berti writes: [This tarot] focuses on a well-defined era that begins with the accession to the throne of Sethi I (around 1304 BC) and ends with the sovereignty of Merenptah (1224 BC). JC).
In fact, the father and son of Ramesses II open and close the series of 22 "Trionfi" or Major Arcana. At the beginning and end of this period are the names of two characters who appear "outside their time" given that they were supporters of a monotheistic religion which would then have changed the course of history; one was the heretic pharaoh Amenophi IV, better known as Aken-Aten (d. c. 1347 BC), and the other was the Egyptian Hebrew Moses (d. c. 1265 BC).
Apart from these two "foreigners", all the "Trionfi" refer to the fundamental episodes of the very long existence of the "living god" User-Maat-Re-Setep-en-Re ("Mighty is the truth of Ra, the chosen of Ra"), better known as Ramesses II (1302-1224 BC). Ramesses' principal wives as well as his most famous children, enemies, battles, etc., were therefore translated into "Trianfi figures"

The Tarot Rhenan is a faithful photographic reproduction of an early tarot deck created by Ignaz Krebs in Freiburg (Germany) before 1800. This edition, published by Piatnik Vienna in 1984, preserves all the authentic imperfections of the original woodcut plates: broken lines, uneven stenciling, pale pigments, and overlapping colors typical of 18th-century craftsmanship.
A true historical facsimile, it offers the raw and unaltered aesthetic of early Tarot de Marseille traditions. Traditional French titles appear on all trumps and court cards, and the deck’s coloring reflects the primary tones characteristic of the Rhône–Rhineland tarot lineage.
🔹 Publisher: Piatnik Vienna, 1984
🔹 Cards: 78 (complete)
🔹 Includes: Instruction booklet by Georg Gottlob
🔹 Card style: Photographic facsimile of Ignaz Krebs’ pre-1800 woodblock deck
🔹 Condition: Cards in very good condition; box shows visible wear due to age & storage (see photos)
🔹 Edition: Rare 1984 print — NOT the later 2006 reprint
🔹 Unit: ONLY 1 available
🪶 Collector’s Note
“Early Piatnik facsimile decks have become exceptionally difficult to obtain, and the 1984 Tarot Rhenan is particularly sought after. Unlike the 2006 reprint, this edition preserves the original photographic reproduction and remains one of the truest historical renditions of the Ignaz Krebs woodcut tarot. A must-have for connoisseurs of Marseille-style decks and 18th-century tarot history.”

🪶 Collector’s Note:
The Tarot Rustique by François d’Entresangle is a charming reinterpretation of the Tarot de Marseille, blending the spirit of folk art with the precision of modern engraving.

Based on the Parisian Etteilla school (circa 1870), this deck preserves the neoclassical engravings, the structured esoteric numbering, and the cartomantic keywords that shaped the earliest Western occult tarot tradition.
With its soft pastel palette, Egyptian-inspired imagery, and unmistakably structured symbolism, this edition offers an elegant gateway into the divination methods that predate both Marseille and Rider-Waite systems.
🔹 Published: 2000 (Ediciones Orbis / Fabbri, Italy/Spain)
🔹 System: Etteilla / Esoteric Tarot (Paris, 1870 tradition)
🔹 Format: Full 78-card deck

🪶 Collector’s Note
This edition of the Tarocchi Esoterici stands out as one of the most faithful modern reproductions of the 19th-century Etteilla tarot.

Tarotronic is a remarkable artifact from the early age of electronic divination, created at a time when tarot tradition briefly intersected with consumer technology. Developed in France during the 1980s, this device translates the symbolism of the Tarot de Marseille into programmed interpretations delivered directly on screen.
Produced under the Hachette Filipacchi Télématique label, Tarotronic embodies the retro-futuristic optimism of its era and stands today as a rare survivor of experimental esoteric technology. Complete sets in working condition have become increasingly scarce, making this an especially desirable piece for collectors of tarot, vintage electronics, and French occult history.
Both a functional oracle and a striking display object, Tarotronic represents a unique chapter in the evolution of divination tools.

Tarots hold the secrets of everyone's destiny. But how do you use them? The author, a great specialist in cartomancy, presents us with clarity this traditional game so fascinating. He studies each of the cards, separately (what are their meanings, their direction of prediction) and in combination with the other cards of the game. He describes in detail the major arcana, their symbol, their positive or negative value, the times and the places. suitable for drawing. It analyzes the Minor Arcana, their position (upright or reversed) and provides all the instructions necessary for their interpretation. Finally, it clearly sets out the real rules of fortune telling, the real game of divination, oracles ... A book + set of 78 cards set that will allow you to contemplate the present and the future with serenity and confidence.
Laura Tuan studied Sanskrit and your Eastern religions, and has devoted herself for many years to parapsychology and esotericism. She is the author of numerous books for Éditions De Vecchi, including Le Grand Livre des sciences occultes.

BRAND NEW! - Highly collectible deck - 1st Edition U.S. Games Systems — Animal Plant Alien Designs - Disorienting deck - Intuitive tarot deck
A unique and disorienting deck, tapping into something pre-human to address a querent's most indescribable intuitions. Beautiful, frightening, and inspired.
Creators: Ara Gerhardt, Ad Zeeuwen
Publisher: US Games 1996
Deck Type: Tarot Deck
Cards: 82
Card Size: 3.00 x 4.63 in. = 7.62cm x 11.75cm
Card Language: English
Brand new, the deck isfactory sealed. See the first and last photos for the deck that you will receive. EXTREMELY RARE IN THIS CONDITION.
It's imagery is composed by combining different elements from different kinds of animals and plants. The combinations are stylized so as to make them seamless in their organic unity, and are rendered in vibrant, seemingly luminescent colors over a black background. The effect is like looking at backlit creatures under a microscope.
But as innovative and unconventional this approach is, the deck still maintains true tarot ideas and concepts, even though these concepts are titled with different names (eg, the "Empress" becomes the "Consort", etc...)
While there is variation in the names of some of the cards, they really do speak to true tarot definitions and qualities... albeit by highlighting other aspects of those qualities than those which are provided in the usual names for the cards.
So, the "Hanged Man" card goes by the more gender neutral name "Inversion," or the "Universe" becomes "Unity. " The Ace of Wands becomes "Rising Power," and the 6 of Swords is called "Clearness." Although each of these names is non-traditonal, they are completely consistent with the more generally accepted tarot meanings.
And i just love the art. I love that it is earthy is its biological references, yet so beautifully ethereal in its aesthetic. This rare deck is a true gem in any tarot collection.

This VERY RARE is a very unusual and powerful tarot deck. The imagery is strong and disturbing. It is not a deck that one could readily see being used for readings. Instead, the artist uses the tarot form to explore images that are both disturbing and at the same time so beautifully crafted that they engage us and perhaps this is the nature of the alchemical wedding which he is inviting us to join.
This has been created using computer graphic collage of astounding quality. The bodies of many of the figures in this tarot are rendered or textured in a wonderful way with repetitive mathematical patterns, while the backgrounds often incorporate fractal imagery from Mandelbrot sets. It is in a monotone sepia, and on first glance one could be drawn to describe this as a 'Gothic' deck, however, its imagery, though strong and dark, does not draw especially from death or horror images, but incorporates sexuality, magical symbolism, and alchemical emblematic forms.
This is a deck for serious collectors of tarot, and, I suspect, not for people wanting a deck to use for readings.

Created by renowned Spanish painter Miguel Ángel López Melgarejo, this deck is the fruit of his mystical period, which began in 1983 and deeply influenced all his artistic work.
Each of the 36 cards is a haunting vision of human divinity — painted in black and white watercolour, bordered in silver, and infused with an air of sacred eroticism and transcendence. The imagery evokes initiation, revelation, and freedom — archetypes of the soul’s awakening within the Mystery Order of the Ancients.
This limited-edition tarot, produced by Divine Arts, bridges fine art and esoteric philosophy, offering not only a divinatory tool but a meditative key to what the artist calls the Book of Life.

Melgarejo, known for his mastery of the “single-stroke drawing” technique, brings a raw spiritual intensity to his compositions. The Ancient Tarot occupies a unique place between surrealist art and mystical initiation — a bridge between the flesh and the divine.
Uncommon and visually powerful, it’s a must-have for collectors of modern visionary tarots and Spanish esoteric art editions.

The Tarot del Libro de Thoth is a rare and intriguing tarot deck based on the original design by famed cartomancer Jean-François Alliette, known as Etteilla, who created his own esoteric tarot in 1789. Unlike traditional tarot decks, this one organizes its 78 cards into symbolic groupings called “cuchillas” (blades), reflecting themes such as situations, figures, and people involved in them.
The cards are printed in French, with keywords like “MALADIE” (illness) and “LE MAGICIEN OU LE BATELEUR” (The Magician or The Juggler). Visually, the deck carries a vintage esoteric style, with imagery rooted in 18th-century interpretations of Egyptian mysticism.
